PROCESS STEPS

  • Approval of the process of offering consults to employees date/ time,
  • Employee initial contact
  • Employee consultation form to be emailed out & self completed pre assessment
  • The online assessmnet
  • Written  report to the employee & company rep (email)

A unique assessment process will be deigned, based on your company’s specific requirements.

The Team at Home Office Ergo can assist in shortlisting equipment suitable for the home office, working within your budget and using your equipment suppliers.

You will need to take our video call by phone, so that we can view your desk setup using your phone’s camera.  Please have a tape measure at hand when your consult begins.

Choose and pay securely online for your 30 minute assessment slot. Confirmation of booking will include a link to the diary booking and our unique ergo assessment form which we request that you complete and return to us in advance of the online assessment.

Each assessment is one-to-one, done virtually at an agreed time and date. Lasting approx. 30 minutes, a written report of findings and advice will be delivered to the individual and named manager.  

On completion of the process a full outcome report will be made available to the employer.
